8H OF BRUSSELS 2026 – ENDURANCE RACE

The 8H of Brussels is a 8-hour endurance race on the indoor & outdoor circuit of First Kart’Inn. Teams race with the Sodi SR5 270cc karts, battle on track for 8 hours and also collect SWS ranking points.

Race Information

Driving direction: standard race direction Minimum weight: 85 kg Maximum additional ballast: +30 kg Race level: Semi-Pro / Pro / Amateur

Teams

Teams consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 drivers. Exceptions are only possible with prior approval from the organisation.

Junior drivers

Junior drivers are allowed if they have sufficient race experience and are able to safely drive the adult karts, including the possible additional ballast (max. 30 kg per driver).

The organisation reserves the right to refuse participation if these conditions are not met.

Race format

Race duration: 8 hours Number of kart changes: 11 (12 stints)

Each pit stop includes a mandatory kart change. Kart changes are initiated by the team.

Minimum driving time per kart: 10 minutes Maximum driving time per kart: 60 minutes

A driver change is not mandatory during a kart change.
