Registration Process
Essential information to avoid disappointment

Please note: Do not make a reservation if you are not available during the entire duration of the children's morning from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
​
On Saturday between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM you will receive a text message with the exact arrival time. If you cannot be present at the arrival time in the text message, it will unfortunately not be possible to participate.
Expect an attendance time of approximately 2 hours.

Step-by Step Guide for a correct booking
1 Child with an account
Print this text if necessary.

1. Click on Book online at the bottom of this page.
→ Tab “Event Booking”
2. Click on Book or Remaining spots for the chosen date.
→ Tab “Sunday Kids”
3. Click on Book
→ Tab “Login”
4. Click on Log in
​
Racer name or email:
You can log in with your email address or membership card number.
Click on Login again below or press enter.

5. Click on Book

6. Check the name of the pilot under “Participant registration” at the bottom of the current page.
Is this the participant for the Kids Karting Morning?

If correct, proceed to step 7

If incorrect, delete this pilot by clicking on the white cross in the upper right corner.
Then Click on: Member
Enter the surname and first name or enter the membership card number, if you already have one.
Click "enter" afterward.
7. Click on Add to cart.
→ Tab “My cart”
8. Please review the details.

9. Click on Proceed to checkout
Or if you want to add more datas, continue shopping
(repeat the same steps as described above)
→ Tab “Payment and invoice information”
10. Click on Confirm my information
→ Tab “My order”
11. Check the box: “I accept the general terms of sales”

13. Click on Pay my order

14. Complete your payment.
From here, everything should be self-explanatory.
You will now be redirected to the payment page, and from here, you are no longer on the First Kart 'Inn site.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email within the hour.
If this is not the case, please send an email to info@fki.be.
We will investigate where he issue occurred.
For a invalid mobile or landline number, you will not receive an SMS on Saturday with the start time!
As not all staff members are familiar with the exact course of the "Kids Karting Morning", we kindly ask you to email your questions. Telephone support is only available on weekdays until 4pm.
Note: In case of incorrect registration , unfortunately, children cannot participate. Refunds are not possible, but we are open to scheduling an alternative date. Please enroll carefully to prevent disappointment.
In the case of a (partial) refund, we charge an administration fee of €3.

Multiple Children

1. Create an account for EACH CHILD without an existing account using the following link:
https://www.apex-timing.com/gokarts/kiosk.php?center=75&language=en
Use this link each time for registering all children who do not have an account.
If the message "Email already in use" appears, please use another existing email address that you have access to, or use a non-existent email address.
In the second case, please sent an email to info@fki.be to request replacing the non-existent email address with your email address. Unfortunately, this cannot be done automatically as the software program does not allow it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
CAUTION: Each pilot must have a unique email address.
If you want to register a child without a personal email address, use, for example, youremailaddress@hotmail.com for the first child, youremailaddress1@hotmail.com for the second child, and so no.
